"As a bookmaker, my creative journey is an exploration of the intersection between artistry and storytelling. I am driven by the belief that a well-crafted book is not merely a vessel for words but can be a work of art, inviting readers to embark on a tactile and visual journey alongside a literary one. My work is a celebration of the book as an object of wonder, and I view each book as an intimate experience.
Whether through hand-bound volumes, limited printed editions or experimental artist’s books, I strive to push boundaries of traditional bookmaking to create something unique. My creative process is rooted in craftsmanship and takes inspiration from nature and the human experience. Every decision, from typography to layout and the texture of the paper is a deliberate choice to enhance the narrative, evoke emotions and encourage interaction.
In certain instances, a book may integrate into a collection or assemblage, intertwining with elements that enrich its prose."
